Rates 2016/17 for queen room or twin room (2 people) per night.
Price includes delicious continental breakfast (or option of full cooked breakfast on weekends from October 1st 2016). Strict 2 night minimum at weekends.
Individually made espresso coffee or pots of leaf tea included. (Please see rooms page for menu details). Extra people (children and adults) are an extra $50 per night each. Only in allocated beds please – you cannot bring extra people into verandah or porch rooms unless they are infants in a cot.
Long Weekends $255 and strict 3 night minimum. Christmas (23rd December) to NYE Day (1st January 2017) & Easter 2017 are 3 night minimum $275 per night – no arrivals on Christmas day.
We are only open at weekends (3 nights allowed) from May 20th to June 3rd 2016. Please see *3 night specials* for June & July and end of September on our Specials Page for great deals.
For the first time we will be charging different prices for weekdays and weekends because we are switching to continental/light breakfast during week and full cooked breakfast at weekends only.

December 18th 2016 to April 30th 2017 – (except Easter, Xmas, NY, ANZAC and Australia days which are 3 night minimum and $255 per night)
$225 weekdays $255 weekends (Delicious help yourself light breakfast during week and Full Cooked Breakfast on weekends and long weekends)
Weekends are strictly a 2 night minimum. Long weekends, public holidays are 3 night minimum.

EXTRA ADULTS / KIDS
In the family suite there is an extra, very small room with 1 single bed and 2 bunks for three kids or two adults (must be family).
Infants (under 2) are $25 if you use our cot
Children and extra adults are $50 per night each in the bunk/single annex.
10% reduction for single person occupancy (midweek only) so please ask.
