Rooms

All the rooms are bright, white and airy and have super comfy queen-sized beds with generous, modern, stylish ensuite bathrooms (clawfoot baths and separate walk-in showers). The Sunroom has a queen bed and a single bed in it so can be taken as a twin room.

We have a family suite which consists of one of the queen room, plus a small bedroom (2 bunk + 1 single) suitable for up to 3 kids or 2 aunties, uncles, grannies, parents, brothers, sisters etc,.). You share a huge private bathroom. No one has to walk through either bedroom to get to the bathroom. It is also ideal as a twin share – if one of you doesn’t mind taking the tiny ‘kids’ room.

All rooms have:
The most comfortable mattresses we could find.
A choice of soft or firm non-allergenic pillows.
Crisp, white cotton, line-dried linen.
Non-allergenic summer or winter doonas and/or pure wool blankets.
Electric blankets in winter.
Underfloor heating or heated towel rail in all ensuite bathrooms.
DVD/ TV with a great selection of over 30 free movies watch (classic, cult, family, quirky, old and new).
Huge fluffy bath-sheet towels.
Beach towels.
Hairdryer.
Organic shampoo and conditioner, bubble bath…
Good bedside reading lights.
Ipod dock/clock
Ironing board and iron.
Ceiling fans.

Free wi-fi in all rooms.

We can arrange massage and relaxation/spa pampering in-house.

• Rates 2012-2013 for Queen room/2 people per night includes freshly made, locally sourced continental breakfast. Eggs any way on request.

• Winter rates/per night
  1st May to 1st September	$195

• Spring/Summer/per night
  1st September to 21st December	$215

• Peak times/per night
  21st December to 13th January (Easter & Long Weekends).	$245

• Summer/per night
  13th Jan to 1st May	$215

Long weekends, public holidays are 3 night minimum.

Weekends are 2 night minimum. There may be last minute availability (phone on the day) for one night.

1 single bed/2 bunks annex in family suite – children from over 1 to 12 cost $15 each per night.
Extra big kids (12 and up) and adults are $30 per night in the bunk/single annex.

Reduction for single person occupancy midweek so please ask.

Babies under 1 and in your own travel cot are free – we have a cot but prefer you to bring your own travel cot if possible.

Friendly, well-behaved dogs are free but important conditions apply, so please ask before making a booking if you wish to bring your dog as we have 2 cats. Dogs are allowed inside the house and we have a big, enclosed garden. One-off extra cleaning fee for bringing a dog is $15.
